day 20.. I think: leaving cincinnati
First of all Cincinnat is a very underrated city. I know I'll get a lot of cap from people because we rival them in sports and all, but I seriously had an awsome time. Although it was a quick vacation I still saw and did a lot. Friday I was treated to an awsome dinner compliments of Mr and Mrs Barnum. Eriks grandpa did a lot of the art work at the place which was cool. Later that night we went to a recording studio where I heard Eriks groups music. His buddy Monte is insane freestyler, similar to Jimi hendrix on guitar. I also laid down some harmonica for them to mix with and then Monte and I improvised with him free styling and me harminicaing. I'll try to get the link to theon music soon cause it's seriously the next bug thing.
Saturday I walked around cincy looking for trouble, I found some and then found some more. They have a place called Over the Rhine, which is actually a part of town similar to south side. Went to a rock n roll place and Eriks friend Otto, his friends, and I went bar hopping which was a lot of fun because it was not a typical Saturday night at least for me the past 3 weeks. Great times, great people.
Sunday was crazy. The loft Eriks stays at has a rooftop pool. There was a party goino on for the residents, so I decided to bring a bottle and crash their party. That was most of the day and you can probably assume how it went. It ended with me jamming on harmonica with the band, watching fireworks, and then sleep.
Today we didn't get started til 2 pm, as you would expect, we were pretty worn down from the weekend. Paddled 14 miles, ate more dinner with Eriks extended family, it was his mom's birthday. His dad got me water shoes and 2 hoddies, awsome people. Awsome people. Awsome people.
We're now also riding in style in the canoe now that Eriks dad got us canoe chairs. They're more like canoe thrones as Erik calls them. His dad also got us a bunch of supplits n'at. Awsome people.
Well that's that, back on the river and back to loving life. Next big stop is Louisville, kentucky. 495 miles ish to go in ohio then it's the Mississippi River, then new orleans.

When did you decide on the Mississippi instead of the Tennessee-Tombigbee?
