Day 5: The Magnolia Dock
Woke up intermittently to nutella, good stuff. Traveled 29 miles, through 1 lock, saw a bald eagle fly 40 ft over my head from it's nest. It wasn't bald, it had feathers. EExhausted from heat, found a owner of a dock. They letting me sleep in their back yard, or their swing chair on poarch. Now at Dos Hermanos restaurant eating quesadilla, free chips and salsa. Probably gonna toss back ying ling or 4.
Thoughts. The current t and sun kicked my butt today, 10-20 mph winds coming head on and sun with no clouds. I almost felt like passing out in my boat but somehow recovered. Now that I am done with today I feel amazing, can't imagine how good it's gonna feel when I get to the gulf.
Note: Nothing funny happened today.
